Holistic-Based Approach
Holistic coaching is an approach which helps
clients to heal and take action by looking at the
entire human being and their life experiences and
taking it all into consideration for assessment
and goal purposes.

Life Coaching Sessions
Life coaching helps you to come up with a plan to
make changes in your life vs. therapy generally
will focus on the past and how you got to where
you are today. I certainly don't discount your
past because it is a very important part of your
story but our goal in working together is moving
forward rather than looking back.

Relationship Coaching Sessions
Ive helped my clients break through the
obstacles that seem to be holding them back in
life. We look at life from a holistic
perspective, what is it that may be keeping you
from where you want to be in life? Health,
relationship, lack of relationship, job
satisfaction, etc.

My philosophy is to have communication and
