• Events Monitoring
• This feature is introduced within Moodle 2.8 and
  allows the teachers and admins to receive the
  notifications when any event takes place in
  Moodle. Usually the event monitoring is disabled
  by default, but the administrator can enable it.

• This provides the information about the progress
  of a student against a range of indicators and
  activities that have been identified by the

  plugin is not supported for Moodle 2.8.
