prevents children (and adults) from exercising

• Nighttime visibility can create problems for
  drivers. Wear bright colors!
• Watch for possible tripping hazards in the dark -
  carry a flashlight, etc.
• Avoid wearing costumes that limit your breathing,
  vision, hearing or movement.
• Check candy and other captured treasures before
  consumption.
