One of the basic requirement of today's life is
a home. A home is a place where after the end of
the days hard work, she or he can rest his or
her mind, body and prepare up for the struggle
that waits for him or her the very next day. A
home is where new dreams are born and are
nurtured, thus making it one of the most basic
requirements for survival. Delhi Development
Authority took a major action towards ensuring
that people get the home within their financial
capability under MPD 2021 at Dwarka Phase-2.
Delhi Awas Yojna is inspired by Prime Minister
Modi scheme known as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The Awas Yojna comes with the vision of providing
affordable housing solutions for Delhi citizens,
as people of Delhi moving in neighbouring states
including Noida, Gr.Noida, Gurgaon or Ghaziabad
due to rocket prices of property.

Smart city
Delhi Awas Yojana's projects are located at the
point from where the buyers will get the
advantage of The IGI Airport in the nearest
location, newly approved Delhi Metro station,
International Schools and colleges, hospital. As
per Master Plan Delhi 2021, Delhi is going to get
4 new world-class smart cities. These proposed
Smart Cites are set to put Delhi on a global map.
