Airlines Offers

• Eagerly waiting for your Diwali gifts this year?
  Wait till you hear what some of the airlines in
  the country have in store for you.

• If you are travelling this festive season, you
  can now at least save money on flight tickets.
•  
• Low-cost airline GoAir is offering tickets for
  prices starting at Rs 1073, but on select routes
  only. These include Chennai-Hyderabad, Jammu-Leh,
  Delhi-Chandigarh, Chandigarh-Delhi,
  Hyderabad-Chennai, Lucknow-Delhi, Kolkata-Patna,
  Kolkata-Bhubaneshwar and Lucknow-Kolkata. The
  offer will be valid till October 31, 2017.

• There's a catch, however. The airline's offer
  also mentions something called a 'Low Fare
  Wednesday', which means one can avail discounted
  fares only on Wednesdays, according to a report
  in the Financial Express.

• Not only GoAir, IndiGo and Vistara are also
  offering Diwali-special fare.
•  
• IndiGo began its Diwali sale on October 11,
  offering all-inclusive airfare starting at Rs
  1141. You can avail the offer till today, that
  is, October 13, to book tickets for the travel
  period between October 26 and April 15, 2018. The
  special fare is non-refundable and is available
  on first-come-first-serve basis. The offer is
  applicable on select routes including
  Delhi-Lucknow, Delhi-Hyderabad, Kolkata-Jaipur,
  Jammu-Srinagar, among a few others.

• Vistara, on the other hand, is offering
  all-inclusive airfare starting at Rs 1149, for
  the travel period up to March, next year. The
  sale will end today, that is, October 13.
