INTRODUCTION
Kandivali is a northern suburb of Mumbai located
between Borivali in the north and Malad in the
south. The region has taken great strides
towards real estate projects in past decade.
Kandivali West has big projects with high
investment coming up and Kandivali East is not
far behind with multiple residential projects
from popular real estate groups.

There are several factors which have contributed
to the development of Kandivali as a real estate
choice for buyers and developers. One of the
distinct features of Kandivali is its proximity
towards Borivali, Malad, and Goregaon. Also, it
has good connectivity to Andheri, Bandra in the
south and Mulund and Powai in the east via road
and rail links.

Mumbai are- Link Road, Western Express

class hospitals like Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani
