Led by the state government, Noida was expected

Pradesh has sent its first proposal for the
construction of homes for urban poor under the
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. The proposal basically
covers the construction of 11,286 homes for the
urban poor in over 34 towns of UP which were
approved by the HUPA ministry. The total
investment that is involved in the construction
of these homes is Rs 384 crore. Also, the
ministry has approved the central assistance of
Rs 160 crores in this regards. The change in
infrastructure seems to have led for Noida this
year. All these changes will certainly take the
time to reflect and till that time, the
residential market witnessed a fall in the
prices of property by almost 5 as well as the
fall in the housing supply by 10. Just like
Gurgaon saw lost transaction momentum along with
the queries from customers kept coming in. Noida
saw an increase in demand by consumers. There
were some specific localities that grabbed the
attention of the customers, this includes sector
2 with over 74.7 of growth in demand which was
followed by sector 56 with over 34.0 of growth,
Sector 71 Pocket B with over 33.7 of growth and
sector 62 phase 2 with over 20.9 of growth.
