CONNECTIVITY INFRASTRUCTURE

• Prime Central Thane is centrally located in Thane
  and is extremely well connected with Mumbai

• The state government is planning to construct a
  tunnel linking Thane with Borivali, which will
  further shorten the travelling distance to the
  Western suburbs to a 10 min drive
• Thane will soon be one of few of cities in India
  to have metro connectivity! Mumbai Metro has
  recently crystallized plans for Thane and the
  Wadala-Ghatkopar metro line will be extended to
  Teen Haath Naka and Kasarwadavali near GB Road
• TCS has recently leased out 2mn sq.ft in Thane
  for their new headquarters, which will bring over
  30,000 jobs to Thane 5. Work is on progress on
  new flyovers connecting Ghodbunder Road with

  Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan Monorail Corridor
• An elevated High Capacity Mass Transit Route

  equitable distribution of road traffic throughout
