Here are some TIPS to help you prepare your
home for a real estate photo-shoot.

  • Clean the whole house thoroughly. Dont miss to
    clean carpets, curtains and blinds.
  • Turn all overhead lamps and light bulbs ON,
    replace any burned-out bulbs and make sure that
    all the lights are in same temperature range.

  • Open all curtains and bird windows and let
    maximum light IN.
  • Turn off all TV, computer screens and fans.
  • Avoid personal photographs from walls, tables and
    shelves. Use general photographs or paintings
    instead.

  • Move coats, dresses and shoes to closet or into
    wardrobe.
  • Make all beds and table cloths.

  • Close all doors or shutters.
  • Move cars from driveway and front of home.
  • Clean up landscaping. Cut grass to proper height,
    arrange pots and remove any mow, trim shrubs etc.

  • Remove visible maintenance tools, hoses and trash
    cans.

  • Feature only a few appliances in kitchen tops.
  • Straighten all chairs and space them evenly.
  • Decorate dining table with flowers or fruit

  • Clear any personal items from the night stand.
  • Store away charging cables and gadgets.

    away.
