  • Drink water. It is so easy to mistake thirst for
    hunger! So when you feel a little hungry, make
    sure to have a glass of water first. You never
    know the hunger pangs might just subside. A glass
    of water before, during and after your meal will
    help fill you up and also speed up your
    metabolism You may find that you are busy. Too
    busy to eat, but do not let this lea to late

    Getting your family and friends to support you
    will help tremendously. You can even join a
    dieting group or an exercise class. This will
    really help you to stay focused on your weight
    loss program. Are you dieting or starving
    yourself? If you are really going to extremes and
    starving yourself, you might find that your body
    has gone into 'Survival Mode'.

    carb diet followed properly will help you to
    lose weight fast. So cut your carbs to the
    minimum and you will automatically cut your
    calories and shed that weight, without those
    hunger cravings. When planning meals you should
    make sure that you include a fat source, a
    protein source and a low carb vegetable source. A
    meal that follows these guidelines will bring
    your carb intake to the required 20 to 50 grammes
    per day.
