• CreoServer.com is principally engaged in the
  purchase, sale and repair of used / refurbished
  servers, workstations, servers, and other
  components used IT hardware.

• CreoServer.com offers you more than 500 pieces
  DELL and HP servers used stock. We supply our
  products with a bill and 12 months warranty. All
  our products are tested by our staff in the
  professional manner. Additionally, you can
  contact us for various UP-GRADE capabilities, we
  offer a wide selection of DELL and HP parts or
  original INTEL accessories. We always have in
  stock DELL servers, HP servers, IBM servers and
  Used Apple products.

• Warranty
•  
• For technical problems within 14 days of
  receipt of the product, the products are replaced
  or repaired free of charge by CreoServer.com. It
  is best to first our technical service  emailing
  info_at_creoserver.com
• After 14 days, there is a warranty
  conditions below
• Our warranty period is 12 months. Within
  those 12 months, please contact us for technical
  questions / repair charge. If a product repaired
  or must be replaced, the customer takes care of
  secure transportation of the product to our
  office in the Netherlands or Belgium. The
  customer is responsible for damage during
  transportation, not covered by the warranty. 
• Do you want our fellow comes along and
  extends the spot repair, we do bring transport
  costs   into account in concert.
• If the problem seems to be the reason
  software and not the hardware itself, then there
  is also testing costs (worth 40 euros excl. VAT)
  will be charged, so it is very important that you
  properly test the hardware first and try to
  discover the cause.

• Billing

• All our products are delivered with an
  invoice including 21 VAT after the order is
  completed and paid.
• Additionally, you can find a Proforma
  Invoice if you choose option BANK payments during
  the ordering process via our website. 
• Companies from other EU countries with a
  valid VAT number receive invoice with
  0 VAT. 
• All prices are-including 21 VAT. For
  companies with valid VAT number or EU members, we
  can deliver an invoice with 0 VAT.

• Delivery-send-pick 
• All prices on the website are exclusive of
  delivery charges are calculated automatically
  based on your order.
• From ordering 3x Servers are the delivery
  costs adjusted in consultation.
• We can send by mail or with our own delivery
  service at your convenience.
• All goods / items are only   delivered when
  the invoice is fully paid.
• Retrieval is possible by appointment at our
  office address in Zwolle.
