• Every rented property requires safety checks and
  an annual gas safety certificate (also known as
  CP12), we have hundreds of happy landlords that
  use Ignite Gas for this service each year.

• Our aim is to make your life easier we can
  arrange access direct with tenants or collect
  keys if required. Once complete we will e-mail or
  post a copy of the certificate and invoice to the
  landlord or deliver to your letting agent (if
  required).

• Our safety checks cost just 50 per property and
  cover up to 4 gas appliances. We will also
  diarise your property and contact you in advance
  of your renewal to ensure that the certificate
  does not expire.

• We are always looking to work with responsible
  landlords letting agents, a further discount
  can be arranged for multiple properties, so if
  your a landlord in Sheffield or the surround
