What is Summer Training? A Summer Training is
an integral part of an education and an
opportunity offered by an employer to potential
employees, to work at a firm for a fixed or
limited period of time. The interns are mostly
undergraduate students and university graduates
who have not yet found employment take the part
in summer training it may be part-time or
full-time. They are usually part-time if offered
during a university semester and full-time if
offered during the summer, it is for 6 weeks.
