Quorums

• Quorums is always assumed present
• Less than 40 members votes are not official

Motion

• A formal proposal to decide on a matter I move

• A second is required, to indicate at least one
  more person want to discuss the topic you say
  I second the motion

Amendments

• Proposal to change the content and wordings of
  the main (original) motion.
  
• There may be amendments to amendments.
• The last amendment will be voted first and work
  backwards to the main motion

Withdrawal of a Motion

• It is a Motion of the original proposer to
  withdraw the Main Motion on table
  
• You say I withdraw my motion
• It has to be seconded
• It can be objected
