Status of Fire Station 7 Architects Phelps /
Wood and the project team engineers are
currently working on construction
documents. Pogue Construction is initiating the
estimating process. The site plan and landscape
planned have been reviewed by the City, and the
appropriate changes are being incorporated into
the plans.

Status of New Community Library The exterior
design concept has been approved by City
Council. Floor plans and elevations are being
finalized. Design Development documents are
currently in process. The Village Library
concept at the Adriatica site was not funded for
the FY 2007-2008 budget.

Status of the Old Public Safety Building
Renovation The building is now intended to
house all Court functions and supporting offices
for the foreseeable future and the Utility
Billing Department and supporting areas for the
next 3 5 years. Final floor plan layouts are
currently being produced. A proposal from the
selected Design / Build firm is under
development for a guaranteed maximum price.

Status of the Renovation of the Existing Collin
County Government Center A contract for the A/E
team led by Brinkley Sargent Architects has been
approved by the City Council. The first phase of
this project will be the Programming and the
Master Planning for the total facility for all
appropriate City departments. Meetings with all
departments will be held within the next several
weeks.

Status of Annex B Renovation Phase 2 The
renovated space will house both the Human
Resources department and the Code Enforcement
department. Floor plan layouts for all
renovations are currently being finalized. A
proposal from the selected Design / Build firm is
under development for a guaranteed maximum
price. Future status reports will summarize
project activities recently completed and those
activities next anticipated.
