• The Mexican people celebrate their memories of
  the people who have died. Bakeries sell bread of
  the dead and sugar skulls. This celebration is
  celebrated on November 1 and 2.On the first day
  it is believed that spirits of children who have
  died return. The second day is when the spirits
  of adults return.

• Children dress in costumes and masks during
  the celebration. People decorate altars. They
  also visit the cemetery. Mexican families and
  their friends visit their family members that
  have died.
• They have picnics there.

Symbols

The skulls were used to symbolize death and
rebirth. There are other symbols as well! Such
as Skeletons Candles Flowers And Chocolate sugar
skulls.
