We conducted a two-part experiment.
  • Part 1. We barbecued some sausages using the
    ELECTRIC barbecue Pit.
  • We asked ten people to taste two samples, and
    tell which came from the classic barbecue pit,
    and which came from the electric barbecue pit.

    we really barbecued them with both the classic
    Barbecue pit and the electric barbecue pit.We
    asked some people to tell which of them came from
    the classic barbecue pit, and which came from the
    electric barbecue pit.

Air Pollution
  • We used a bottle to collect the fumes from the
    electric and classic barbecue pits.
  • Then we added limewater.
  • We shook them thoroughly.

  • We weighed the rubbish we produced after the
    electric barbecue and the classic barbecue.
  • We got the following results

Electric BBQ produces much less rubbish.

Classic Barbecue is faster. However, food
barbecued on it is easier to get burnt.

Conclusion
  • There is actually no substantial difference
    between Electric barbecue and Classic barbecue.

Follow-up
  • We will conduct a survey on whether the people
    would choose electric barbecue or continue using
    classic barbecue, after knowing that they are
    actually the same.
  • We will research on the fee collection.
