  • Ingredients
  • 20g Potato starch
  • 20g Corn starch
  • 10g Guar gum
  • 1 cup Buckwheat groats (measured uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Canola Oil for frying
  • Procedure
  • Boil buckwheat groats then combine with gum,
    starches, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Saute onions and carrots. Add cumin.
  • Combine all ingredients together and form patties
  • Cook patties in frying pan

  • 2 cups cooked buckwheat groats
  • 1/2 tbs cornstarch
  • _ tbs potato starch
  • _ potato flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • Procedure
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Form patties
  • Place in a frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on
    each side or till brown
