What is a Project system

What is a Work Breakdown Structure ?
  • A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a model of
    the work to be performed in a project organized
    in a hierarchical structure.
  • The WBS is an important tool which helps to keep
    an overview of the project.
  • Work Breakdown Structure -Defines tasks and
    assign resources to those tasks
  • It forms the basis for organization and
    coordination in a project.
  • WBS element is nothing but a bucket where all the
    activities belonging to that particular part of
    the project are captured.

  • The custom report is developed in OO ABAP.
  • Table Involved AUFK,BKPF,PROJ,PRPS,COEP,COOI.
  • The output of the report is display in a
    hierarchical.
  • Here i used the global class ,CL_GUI_ALV_TREE ,
  • CL_GUI_TOOLBAR , CL_GUI_CUSTOM_CONTAINER

Challenges in this scenario/Report.
  • Define the flow of the report.
  • To gather all detail tables involve in it.
  • Creating The folder for each Wbs and its project.
  • Creating proper hierarchical order.
  • Display total at each header level.
