Machines

• The techniques used in the filling machine can be
  classified under the following three main scopes.
  
• Rotary filling machine
• Pump filling machine
• Piston filling machine

Rotary filling machine
Rotary filling machine which uses a revolution or
rotation motion to fill up products, it is mostly
used in small and lightweight products and also
provides very quick packaging service.

Pump Filling Machine
Pump filling machine which uses a suction
mechanism to fill packages. It is usually
directed in liquids, lotions or syrups which
require a high level of precision. The technique
is very common in bottle filling machine.

Piston filling machine
Piston filling machine which uses an up and down
piston movement to carry out the process.

and thick syrup, creams or lotions. The system
has become more automated to improve the speed in
production.

This machine is used in sectors that involve
packaging of dry powder or finely ground
ingredients.

Liquid filling machine
This machine is used in areas that involve use of
liquids and very light creams and lotions. The
machine will come as a bottle filling machine or
sachet filling machine.
