• We have only a few ways in which we can add
  fabric paints in the Textile room. This is
  completed through screens, stencils or blocks.
  The next few slides will show you how the
  manufacturing industry completes this method.

• How does it work?Screen printing is the process
  of using ink and mesh to create images. A
  squeegee is used to force the ink through a mesh
  screen and onto the printable item. The ink is
  then cured (dried) creating a permanent image.
• This process has been used in various forms since
  2500 BC. With todays advancements, screen
  printing has grown into an industry employing
  hundreds of thousands of people all over the
  world.
