  • The ability to inspire others to place their
    faith in the knowledge, skills, experience and
    guidance of another .
  • Helping others to coordinate their efforts toward
    successful achievement of a goal.
  • Developing the leadership talents of others .
  • Being an example of the kind of leadership you
    wish to develop in others.

  • Know how to find and use resources for what you
    dont know.
