  • Transportation to customers is done by both sea
    and Air ways
  • Materials are Packed in 20 feet and 40 feet
    containers as per the requirement
  • Containers placed on Trailers transported up to
    nearest Port
  • All the containers shipped properly under proper
    and strict supervision of our Transportation
    Agents
  • Different towers are loaded into the same
    container with color coding and can be easily
    identified based on the site.

Fabrication Facility Packing Transportation
  • International packing standards adhered to
  • Description of packing material with Customer
    Name, Batch No, Location etc. is mentioned on the
    packed items.
  • Wooden cases are used for packing of small
    Plates. Packing is done using Jute strip and
    bags.
  • Sufficient care is taken in the process of
    storing, packing and Handling of Galvanized
    products.
  • During Transportation adequate ventilation is
    provided to prevent white rust or wet storage
    stains.
  • Post treatment like chromating done to minimize
    the chances of formation of white rust and Silica
    jell for de-oxidation effects.
  • NS Toner and Stripping dispenser of ITW Signode
    are used for metal strapping mechanically.
