ayur vidya

Medicine, developed over centuries by sages and
holy men who were gifted with universal insight
    and experience.
  • With a deep understanding into the structure of
the universe and life, gurus formulated norms for
    preserving health and curing diseases.
  • They evolved a system of complete healthcare
which concentrates on promoting immunity as the
    best path to wellness.
  • The journey to achieving harmony between nature
    and self began centuries ago.
  • For over 5000 years, spiritual reflection,
healing and balance were experienced by
heightening the use of all five senses. This
awareness of ones surroundings was referred to
by the sages as the opening of the Inner Eye.
