Combining Value Analysis with Six Sigma for
Better Results

• Control charts, lot sampling, process capability
  and value analysis are oldest problem solving and
  quality improvement tools which are used even
  today to deal with high quality lower cost
  materials in tremendous volume. When the QS9000
  and value analysis are combined together with Six
  Sigma, it results in more powerful process
  improvement software methodology. Control charts
  are used to monitor quality of small production
  samples measured periodically. The various
  processes which are involved are planning,
  getting the data, analyzing the problem, planning
  the solution, doing it, checking for measuring
  the change and making modifications as and when
  needed. Quality process improvement models assign
  process owners, form teams and establish process
  measures.
