    this one-firm goal and provide better
    integration deep down at the operations level
    and gain business success (seemlessly serve
    clients)?

    nominates several (who are then asked to evaluate
    him)

  • Used for yearly performance feedback,

Results
  • The resulting Eval Dev Summary provides basis
    for Performance Review discussion
  • Several of the old guard/hi guys left.
  • System was quite time consuming
  • Widespread consensus a significant improvement,
    much fairer, better feedback
  • Tweaked every year since 93, but growing
    commitment to this process (May 2000)
