Grains
  • Bread, cereal, cakes, granola
  • 6-11 Servings a day
  • 3 servings should come in whole grains
  • Serving Sizes 1 slice of bread, ½ cup of cereal,
    ½ muffin or bagel, ½ cup of pasta

Vegetables
Look for Dark Greens, Deep yellows, and orange
veggies!
  • 2 ½ cups per day
  • ½ cup 1 serving (one cup for leafy veggies)
  • Look for as many colors as possible
