- Dual diagnosis (mental health and substance
abuse) treatment provided at Mount Pleasant MHI
(adults only)

appropriate for the childs condition

Treatment Planning
- Intensive Care Management structured, on-going,
collaborative treatment and service planning for
those Iowa Plan enrollees who have multiple needs
or are at-risk or who could benefit from
additional support. - Joint Treatment Planning pulls together all
involved folks including the client and/or
family to discuss desired goals and develop
