• Emergency services, available 24 hours per day,

• Dual diagnosis (mental health and substance
  abuse) treatment provided at Mount Pleasant MHI

Iowa Plan Intensive Care Management andJoint
Treatment Planning

• Intensive Care Management structured, on-going,
  collaborative treatment and service planning for
  those Iowa Plan enrollees who have multiple needs
  or are at-risk or who could benefit from
  additional support.
• Joint Treatment Planning pulls together all
  involved folks including the client and/or
  family to discuss desired goals and develop
  service plan to meet those goals.
