Project Description and Goals Opinno is an
international open innovation network based in
Madrid and San Francisco that connects
entrepreneurs, technology specialists and
investors. We develop our activity through four
business lines  venture capital investment on
high-tech companies, business acceleration, open
innovation strategy consulting, and the planning
and organization of a great variety of activities
and means to promote the entrepreneurial spirit
through our Opinno Community. Opinno is also the
licensee of MIT Technology Review in Spanish. By
Fall 2009 we are organizing the first national
Technology Entrepreneurs Competition in Spain
with an important international projection. We
also will strengthen our international network
opening new nodes and improving the existing
ones.
Intern role description The person coming to
Madrid will be part of the team organizing and
managing the first national Technology
Entrepreneurs Competition in Spain . He/She will
also contribute in the growing of our
innovation network. Due to the permanent change
and innovation in our company it is possible to
work in other projects or propose and develop
new ideas with other members from our team coming
from Stanford, GeorgiaTech, .
Profile Skills experience pre-required We
seek an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic
person, able to work within an international
team and in a changing environment. Knowledge of
Spanish and experience in business or
entrepreneurship clubs are valuable. We would
appreciate very much experience within the MIT
100K Competition.
