  • However depends on Crimogenic Factors
  • Rate of heinous crimes at 11.33 per lakh of

  • Incidence of heinous crimes declined by 2.97
  • Decline in Motor Cycle borne cases by 3
  • MCOCA cases up - 25 from 5 in 2008
