Villa Ownership
Ownership The possession of the private, luxury
villas will be owned by a Panamanian corporation.
A corporation will be formed for each luxury
villa by the development company and each villa
owner will receive a share of the community
property and the private island. Ownership of
possession includes one luxury, over the water,
private villa and shared ownership of community
areas on the island. Essentially, each villa
owner will be purchasing a share of the luxury,
boutique resort community located on a private
island in the Boca del Toro Archipelago. Each
owner will have the opportunity to personalize
their investment, by choosing a unique name for
their luxury villa and the Panamanian
corporation. Incentives The villa owner will
retain 60 of gross income from the luxury villa.
The villa owner will receive a complimentary
two (2) weeks accommodation in the villa. The
villa owner will receive a special rate for
additional days at 75 off the daily rate, for up
to two (2) months per year. This special rate
is also available for friends and family. The
community will be bound to the CCNR and Home
Owner Association (HOA) rules and
regulations. No interest, no home owner
association fees, no additional fees Resort
Management Service Villas del Mar Boutique
Resort will manage the property and provide
exceptional service and amenities as an upscale
resort. To ensure high guest satisfaction,
management will be responsible for marketing,
training and management of resort staff,,
housekeeping, room service, security, laundry
service, internet, activities, and the
maintenance and landscaping of the luxury villas
and community areas. In return, the resort
management service will retain 40 of the gross
income from the luxury villas.
