analyzing, sourcing and negotiating highly
complex transactions. He is the Chief Financial
Officer at Tuccio Development, a family owned and
operated general contracting firm that designs
quality luxury homes.

• Edward J. Tuccio has been an active member of
  Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
  since 1998.
• The organization helps to improve the lives of
  people that have been affected by T1D by
  providing the most promising opportunities for
  better treatment and prevention of T1D.
• Ed Tuccio was diagnosed with diabetes at the age
  of 12. He was one of the walkers at Walk to Cure
  Diabetes, the biggest fundraising event in U.S.

Keen Humanitarian
Ed Tuccio ran the NYC marathon in 1993.He also
ran Boys and Girls Club Turkey Trot. Successful
Ridgefield Hockey Coach and Ridgefield Baseball
coach. He also likes playing golf and in the year
2000, he made a hole in one in Okemo VT. Has
over 15 years of experience in structuring,
analyzing, sourcing and negotiating highly
complex real estate transactions. He went to
the College of Charleston to earn his Bachelor of
Science, Business Administration.
