Events in our opening

• Follows homeless man from an underpass to meeting
  a driver and getting picked up.
• Hints dropped to question mans identity and
  state.
• These include him having a phone and cards/money
  in his wallet.
• Audience will question why a seemingly homeless
  man is getting picked up by a well dressed driver.

Setting and Locations

• An underpass and a quiet road.
• Location reccees in Bridgwater, Bristol, and
  Taunton.
• Noises from main road contribute to urban
  setting.
• Must consider the number of people passing
  through our locations whilst filming.

Actors and Characters

• 2 actors needed.
• Main character, the undercover policeman.
• A driver who picks up the cop.
• Driver Dans Dad, Richard, as we will probably
  be using his car.
• Main hired from amateur actors group.
• Ideally in his late 20s - early 30s, look tough,
  can grow a beard or 5 o clock shadow.

Genres and plot outline

• Combination of action and drama.
• Action Police v criminal, potential of cops
  cover being blown, criminal underworld.
• Decided to add drama character become addicted
  to drugs in middle of film, whilst he was trying
  to stop their distribution.
• Ultimatum in finale of whether he submits to
  addiction or stays loyal to police and stops the
  criminals.
• The added drama would distinguish film from
  generic cop action movies.
