WHERE WE WERE ? An overcrowded sea side strip
with immediate good tourism business based on
all inclusive system, risking to reach its
declivity point. A tourism undeveloped region in
the inland part of Antalya, as well as in
Isparta and Burdur, however plenty of natural
and cultural resources. A highly concentrated
tourism market both in clients typology and
nacionalities as well as in operation
companies.

Objectives.Phase I
WHERE DID WE WANT TO GO ? A balanced tourism
dynamics in the sea side strip tending to a
sustainable development model on a long term
perspective of tourism business for the
region. A progressive and planned tourism
development of inland areas, that spread tourism
benefits all over the region and, at the same
time, that give and added value to the sea side
tourism offer. A more diversified market with
tourism products for a wide range of market
segments. A global tourism development model
that strengthen the participation of small and
medium size local companies in the tourism
business

Objectives Phase II
The creation and marketing of new products for
independent tourism, as an alternative to usual
sun and sea type tourism. The organisation of
a system for the promotion and management of the
new alternative tourism, MDO ( Marketing
Destination Organisation ). The implementation
of an on-line sales system and the design of a
marketing plan for the West Mediterranean
products.
