Creative Labs

• Creative Labs is a software and hardware company
  for computers.
• Supplies software, speakers, drivers, CD-roms,
  and other internal drivers.
• The products are manufactured in Singapore.

Creative Lab Products

• Creative Lab produces hardware as well as
  software, but their main product and best seller
  is the computer speakers and external speakers.
  Creative Lab has been known to have some of the
  best, most productive speakers in the computer
  industry. Many Companies turn to Creative Lab
  for their speaker products.
• The following are examples of Creative Lab
  speakers
• The Sound Blaster series, a best seller.
• The Creative Giga-works 5100 edition. A
  massive 560 watts.

• Creative Lab was founded in Singapore on July 1,
  1981 with a single vision to revolutionize the
  media world and introduce new ideas for
  multimedia platforms. They have achieved just
  that.
• Creative Labs signature series is the Sound
  Blaster speakers that have become popular
  worldwide for their clarity and power they
  deliver.
• Presently Creative Labs has just launched its
  newest series the GigaWorks 5100which adds to
  the Sound Blasters prestige.
• The future for Creative Labs looks bright as it
  enters the 21st century, and will continue to
  grow and prosper in the multimedia world.

Microsoft Corporation

• Microsoft is one of the most well known and
  respected companies in the world.
• Founder Bill Gates has produced the most cutting
  edge computer software, and has created the
  computer world that we know today. He is also
  the creator of the most popular user interface
  format Microsoft Windows.
• So popular and widely used is Microsoft, that in
  2000 they were charged for monopoly by the U.S.
  government and ordered to allow other
  corporations to enter the field. Microsoft
  remains the most used software, however.

Past, Present, Future

• Microsoft was founded in Bill Gates garage in
  Silicon Valley, California in 1968. Working with
  limited tools and just his brain, Bill Gates has
  created and shaped the computer revolution that
  has taken place in the past 30 years. His idea
  of a personal computer at first was rejected, but
  soon caught on.
• Presently Bill Gates is enjoying the fruits of
  his creations. Gates is among the richest
  people in the world, and Microsoft is the most
  used computer company in the world. With his
  personal fortune, Gates also helps many charities
  as well.
• The future looks to have no stop the Microsoft
  revolution. Every day something new is conceived
  by Microsoft Corp. , and most recently Microsoft
  ventured into the gaming console industry
  creating Xbox. Who knows what is next for Bill
  Gates and Microsoft.

Western Digital

• Western Digital is a company that manufactures
  and sells hard drives for computers, for both
  home and company use.
• Only 30 years old, Western Digital already
  employs 10,000 employees world wide, and is a
  member of the NYSE.
• Western Digital targets mostly corporate
  computers since their hard drives are very high
  powered. WDC does make some home hard drive
  models, but very few in comparison to their
  corporate business.
• Western Digital is considered to be one of the
  most well trusted and respected hard drive
  producer in the computer industry.

Past, Present, Future

• Western Digital was founded in 1970 in Lake
  Forest, California. They did not start making
  and selling hard drives until 1988, however.
  Western Digital started with only 10 people
  working out of a living room with a common
  vision.
• Today, Western Digital employs 10,000 people
  world wide, with facilities in Malaysia and
  Thailand and offices world wide. Western Digital
  is a large seller of hard drives in the computer
  industry, and is beginning to grow in the
  personal computer industry as well.
• Western Digital should continue to grow in the
  future, as they employ more people and begin
  designing new concepts and ideas. What began as
  a small company could turn into a worldwide power.
