Starting InterWrite
3 Easy Ways to Launch InterWrite Software
From Board/Pad
From Program Start Menu
From InterWrite Starter
Tap InterWrite pen on InterActive or PC
WhiteBoard button and start software
Access InterWrite Starter by clicking on
InterWrite (purple Icon) in your system tray.
Note For MeetingPad or SchoolPad, tap pen on
Launch InterWrite menu block on Pad. For
MeetingBoard 5000 series push the button on the
board to launch Interactive, PCWhiteboard, or
Copy Board mode.

Using Your Own Images
Standards approach lets you use any image file
(JPEG, Bitmap, etc.) for Stamps, Picture Pen, and

Capturing Pull-Down Menus
Capturing a Pull-Down Menu is typically hard to
do. Selecting a pen to annotate causes pull-down
menu to disappear. However, if you launch
Interactive mode from the boards Start Menu, the
screen will be captured including the pull-down
menu.

Tool Button Size - Adjust Toolbar Icons from
small (22x22 pixels) to large (40x40) icons wide
Auto Hide - With the toolbar docked, toolbar
will disappear until pen/mouse is in proximity

Define Colors - If one of the 16 standard pen
colors or 4 standard highlight colors are not to
your needs
Line Widths - Adjust pen and highlighter to any
width from 1 to 32 pixels wide
Change the color to any color desired.

Select Language - The InterWrite Menus can be set
to use your computer default language
  • Note
  • Language selection only effects the InterWrite
    menus and Tool Tips. The settings for the
    On-Screen Keyboard match your computer keyboard
    setting.
  • The language for the handwriting recognition
    cannot be selected.
