• Conventional Design like other web mail clients.
• Needs something that is faster to use.
• Lack of proper feedback
• Can not set flags for the message
• Can not set how many messages will be displayed
  on one screen
• No alternate row color to easily make separation
  between messages
• Sorting messages based on unread, read,
  attachment, flag.
• While reading any message no functionality of
  adding sender to address book.
• All the form do not provide proper validation on
  form fields
• The error messages on the form validation are not
  efficient.
• Form fields are not properly marked as mandatory
  even though they are.
• No auto complete feature for the to, cc, bcc
  fields.
