Overview

• After a DHS user registers and begins to ship via
  DHL, payment of shipping charges will need to
  take place.
• Some agencies (U.S. Coast Guard, Transportation
  Security Administration and Federal Air Marshals)
  will pay their shipping charges via an automated
  EDI exchange
• Other agencies will use U.S. Government P-Cards
  or other means of payment
• Online billing is not to be used for payment of
  FEMA billings due to FEMAs internal payment
  approval processes
• For these other agencies, one billing option is
  to use DHLs Online Billing system
• Registered DHS users can access and use DHLs
  Online Billing capability as shown in the balance
  of this presentation
