Meet your Southern Region Vice President
My major is Agribusiness, and I will graduate in
May of 2005. In high school, I was actively
involved in 4H, Junior Cattle Associations,
Student Government and sports teams. I competed
on the Intercollegiate Livestock Judging team,
was a Resident Assistant, sat on Student
Government, and was my Chapter President for Phi
Theta Kappa, while attending college in Kansas.
I really enjoy traveling, socializing with
friends and showing cattle. Living in Texas has
been an adjustment for this northerner as it is
considerably warmer and more humid down here,
than Ive been used to, but I love it. Attending
Commerce has been an amazing experience, and I am
excited to serve as your next Southern region
Vice President. I would like to send a huge
thank you out to North Carolina State, for
hosting an amazing convention I hope to meet
even more members at Southeast Missouri next year!
I grew up on a purebred cattle ranch in
Carstairs, Alberta, Canada. (If youre looking
for it on a map, its north of Montana, and the
city of Calgary, Alberta!) I attended Dodge City
Community College for two years, before
transferring to Texas AM University Commerce,
to complete my degree.

CHAPTER CHATTERS

We are hosting a Quiz Bowl for the Ag Dept. on
April 16. Also we are holding a Dog Wash.
We are all ready starting to prepare for the
46th National Convention.
The 1st Annual Golf Tournament was rained out,
and we will rescheduled.
I've always thought that a big laugh is a really
loud noise from the soul saying, "Ain't that the

President's Corner
I would like to thank NC State for their
outstanding hard work and dedication that was put
into hosting the National Convention. This will
be the last Achiever until we all come back for
fall. I hope everyone has a wonderful, safe
summer!!! Good luck with summer classes if you
are taking some!
