• His parents were slaves. His father died
  before George was born.

• George was born around 1864. He was born in
  Missouri.

• When he was still a baby slave, traders
  kidnapped him and his mother.

Growing up

• George left home to go to a school. It was
  called the Lincoln school. He was 12 when he
  left home in1875.

The College

• He wrote to a college to enroll and they
  accepted him. When they found out he was black,
  they told him that he couldnt attend.

Different College

• Five years later when he was 30 years old, he
  was accepted to Simpson College. That was 1894.

Teacher

• When he grew up, he became a teacher. He
  became a teacher at the Tuskegee

• Invented many ways to use peanuts.

• He invented peanut butter, peanut soap, peanut
