• Reduce the screen elements
• Be consistent in design elementsconsistent

• Design for the most common monitor and resolution
  standard.
• Avoid scrolling if possible
• CSS saves timechange many pages at once
  separates design from content
• Use small file size backgrounds that are not too
  contrasty
