To germinate bean so as to see the developing
stages
MATERIALS REQUIRED
Plastic bottle Scissors Soil Water Bean seeds

Cut the plastic bottle to half and use the
bottom portion. Place two thirds soil in to the
bottle. Add water to make the soil wet. Sow a
seed in soil very close to outer surface of the
bottle so that seed is visible from outside. Next
day sow another seed next to the first seed. Like
wise sow one seed daily for seven days. Put
little water to keep the soil moist all the time.

First seed would have grown into a tall seedling
second slighter smaller than first and so on. We
get a series of developing stages of seeds in a
single bottle itself.
