• Jesus knew that He could do the scribes and

  bottles for His new wine of doctrine, and made
  fishermen and unlearned believers the heralds of
  His truth to the world. And yet, though His
  doctrine seemed new to the people, it was in fact
  not a new doctrine, but the revelation of the
  significance of that which had been taught from
  the beginning. It was His design that His
  disciples should take the plain, unadulterated
  truth for the guide of their life. They were not
  to add to His words, or give a forced meaning to
  His utterances. They were not to put a mystical
  interpretation upon the plain teaching of the
  Scriptures, and draw from theological stores to
  build up some man-made theory.

SUN WORSHIP IDOLATRY

• Who made the sun?
• Was it Sun made for worship?
• So what happens if/when you turn that day into a
  day of worship? Idolatry

• Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image,
  or any likeness of any thing that is in
  heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath,
  or that is in the water under the earth...
• Who made the first day of the week?
• Was it First day made for worship?
• So what happens if/when you turn that day into a
  day of worship? Idolatry

  Lord, Satan will work "with all power and signs
  and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of
  unrighteousness" and they that "received not
  the love of the truth, that they might be saved,"
  will be left to receive "strong delusion, that

  Not until this condition shall be reached, and
  the union of the church with the world shall be
  fully accomplished, throughout Christendom, will
  the fall of Babylon be complete. The change is a
  progressive one, and the perfect fulfillment of
  Revelation 148 is yet future.

SHE CONTINUES

• This wine of error is made up of false
  doctrines, such as the natural immortality of the
  soul, the eternal torment of the wicked, the
  denial of the pre-existence of Christ prior to
  His birth in Bethlehem, and advocating and
  exalting the first day of the week above God's
  holy and sanctified day. These and kindred errors
  are presented to the world by the various
  churches, and thus the Scriptures are fulfilled
  that say, 'For all nations have drunk of the wine
  of the wrath of her fornication.' It is a wrath
  which is created by false doctrines, and when
  kings and presidents drink this wine of the wrath
  of her fornication, they are stirred with anger
  against those who will not come into harmony with
  the false and satanic heresies which exalt the
  false Sabbath, and lead men to trample underfoot
  God's memorial....

• ....But the true leader of all this rebellion is
  Satan clothed as an angel of light. Men will be
  deceived and will exalt him to the place of God,
  and deify him. But Omnipotence will interpose,
  and to the apostate churches that unite in the
  exaltation of Satan, the sentence will go forth,
  'Therefore shall her plagues come in one day,
  death, and mourning, and famine and she shall be
  utterly burned with fire for strong is the Lord
  God who judgeth her.'" ...The object of preaching
  is not alone to convey information, not merely to
  convince the intellect. The preaching of the word
  should appeal to the intellect, and should impart
  knowledge, but it should do more than this. The
  words of the minister should reach the hearts of
  the hearers.

  not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive
  not of her plagues.
