NOAA eOPF Implementation

• QA testing began January 1, 2006
• National Finance Center began sending all actions
  to the OPM eOPF system, i.e., Standard Form-50s
• WFMO eOPF Team checked actions each pay period
• Not a smooth sail at the beginning but much
  progress has been made

What about the paper?

• Scanned into the eOPF system
• Planning now
• Some offices have pre-paid, some have not
• We are encouraged to do all NOAA at once
• (contractor needs to learn our business rules)
• Targeting Phase II DOC Bureaus conversion
  planned for Spring 07
