• Viewing records without authorization
• Pretexting and fishing

• Dont collect information you dont need,
  ESPECIALLY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS
• Dont share personal information about students
  and employees over the phone without being sure
  of the identity of the person on the other end.
