  population of 125 residents during the summer
  field season.
• Provide overload and educational conferences
  housing.
• Connect to the fiber optic cable that runs from
  Prudhoe Bay to Valdez.
• Provide laboratory facilities to support a base
  user group of 125 researchers during the summer
  field season.
• Provide an intracamp LAN and Phone system.
