THE PROCESS
  • - The family member submits a resume to the TEAM
    database at https//ncweb.ria.army.mil/team. The
name of the family member will appear on a
bi-weekly list that will be sent to a TEAM
coordinator in the area selected by the family
    member.
  • The TEAM Coordinator will forward the list to the
    appropriate MEDCOM supervisors/managers. The
list has links to family members resumes in the
    TEAM database.

11
The Process - Continued
  • MEDCOM supervisor/manager reviews incoming family
members resumes and decides. The supervisor
    gets CPACs assistance and advice.
  • If the decision is to select, the supervisor will
initiate a name request RPA and send to the CPOC.

12
The Process - Continued
  • The CPOC clears PPP. If there is no PPP match,
the CPOC will verify eligibility and
    qualifications and processes the action
  • The CPAC makes job offer, sets entry-on-duty
    (EOD) date, in-processes
  • FM reports for duty

13
The Process - Continued
  • Resumes will be deleted from the TEAM database
when the family member accepts a job offer or
after 30 days counted from job availability date,
    whichever comes sooner.
