Building Trust?
  • Why should we trust each other?
  • We need trust so that we can work together.
  • How can we trust each other?
  • Trust is empirically based
  • Which is the children and which is the egg?

Building on basic trust
  • Erikson it is just an oral stage crisis during
    our infancy
  • Not trusting others just a form of regression
  • Q Do you have a choice for not trusting others?
  • A No, you dont
  • S Bite your own finger and act as if you trust
  • Sounds familiar? Bosses!

Obstacles
  • When you see obstacles, what would you do?
  • Jump
  • Obstacles turn into Hurdles

  • Most of us want to achieve more with less
  • cutting tree with a small knife?????
  • 1 principal earning 10,000 interest????
  • 3 ounces of force moving 1 tonne???????
  • Even if you do not want to, you still have to -
  • Efficiency Saving is inevitable.

  • We all want others to do more so that we can do
    less
  • Even if you do not want to pass the bugs to
    others, your bugs will sooner or later overflow
    to others anyway.
  • So, find a strategic partner, to whom you can
    pass your bugs.
  • Sounds familiar to MSWs? When files of discharge
    patients are flooding in your in-tray?

  • We all want more resources, but given
  • fewer and fewer per capita financial resources
  • fewer and fewer hands (human resources)
  • Q So what can you do?
  • A Find someone else to do it for you
  • S Build up your social capital

  • Q Do you want more friends or enemies?
  • A You need friends to protect your territory
  • S Form strategic alliances

At least, we understand that we understand things
very differently

  • Humans are not equal. At least, they are borne
    differently
  • We have different powers.
  • We have different types of powers.
  • So better respect each other.

    Collaborate and trust will follow
  • Try to achieve more with less by asking somebody
    else to help you
  • Find a strategic partner so that you can clear
    your in-tray
  • Find a strategic alliances so that you can
    protect your own territory
