General Information

• BALOG-METAL Ltd. is 100 private owned ,Hungarian
  private firm, founded in january 31th. 2003, with
  6 employees.
• The firm was found in private entrepreneur form
  at 2002. october. In 2003 january the owner of
  this company continoued the activity in the
  BALOG-METAL Ltd. after the termination of the
  private entrepreneur form.
• In the first period of the firms life we have
  employeed 10 workers, and made 100t/year products
  with aluminium die casting technology. Die cast
  preparation was constantly elevated. Last year we
  made 170t of good quality products. In 2006 we
  plan to prepare 200t of casts.
• The basical technological knowledge and processes
  was gained from the managing director who have 30
  years experience in die cast technology.
• After our firm was found in 2003, we intent on
  doing our work the best quality as we can. We
  want to meet all the customers requirements so
  institute our quality control system.
• In 2005 we have an succesful certification, of
  ISO 90012000 implementation. In the first
  quarter of 2006 we want to enter the ISO 14001
  environmental control system.
• Important products gas controll parts,
  furniture parts, two-stock model motor parts, Co
  machines wire feed parts, air-cylinder kit etc.
