Allow PAF Insight to Access the Internet With a
Firewall

Open Norton Internet Security from your programs
list

Click on Personal Firewall

Click on Configure

Choose Medium on your slider

Click on the Programs Tab to bring up the program
Control Screen

Using the scroll bar on the right, look for
PAFInsight.exe in the Programs list

Make sure it is set to Permit All

Set the Category to General from the pull down
menu

The Select Program window will as come up.
Choose the Ohana Software folder.
If PAFInsight is not on the list, click on Add

Highlight PAFInsight.exe And click on Open

Choose Permit

PAF Insight will now be able to connect with
www.familysearch.org when you are connected to
the Internet
